Cancellations/No Shows/Rescheduling

HHS University

We design our courses to optimize your learning experience, therefore, each course accommodates a limited number of participants. Students may withdraw from a class up to three weeks before the start date without cost. We encourage substitutions if you cannot attend a class. Substitutions can be made anytime up to the start date of a class.

  • If you must cancel, please provide written notification via email (hhs_university@psc.gov) or fax (301-480-3287) as early as possible.
  • To receive a full refund, your cancellation notification must be received at least three weeks prior to the course start date
  • There are no refunds for cancellation notifications received after this time nor for students who fail to show up for class.

Students who fail to attend class will be considered "no shows." No refunds will be granted for "no shows."

Students are allowed the opportunity to reschedule.

Note: Written notification of rescheduling must be sent either via email (hhs_university@psc.gov) or fax (301-480-3287) and must be received at least three weeks prior to the class start date.

If a student wants to cancel a registration in a class and apply for a different class:

  • The original registration must be cancelled.
  • Written notification of the cancellation should be sent either via email (hhs_university@psc.gov) or fax (301-480-3287) and must be received at least three weeks prior to the class start date.
  • A new training request form must be submitted.
