Performance Management empowers you to think about and clarify your role in the organization. Setting clear goals and expectations helps with Performance Management. When used effectively, performance management is an enormously valuable tool with many organizational benefits. Performance management provides focus, direction and feedback for employees on their progress in meeting business goals. In addition, Performance Management helps managers and employees identify and develop competencies needed for success as well as employees to stay accountable to their job tasks by linking employee performance to clear outcomes.
