Part II
Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:

Handle daily Human Resource requirements for workforce management and utilization;

Be familiar with and use recruitment, selection and promotion processes;

Review and approve compensation, pay setting, work schedule and timekeeping actions;

Understand leave approval practices and requirements under the agency leave procedures, Medical Leave Act and other laws and regulations;
