Mid-Career Benefits Planning
It is never too early to start planning for your retire-ment. This course is geared towards all federal government employees who want to learn how to prepare financially and legally for retirement. During this course participants will learn how to leverage off of the various types of employee retirement plans to prepare for financial security.

More than ever, be sure to know how key retirement planning opportunities may shape you and your future. Learn how to plan, financially and legally, for retirement. During this course you will learn how to estimate the value of your retirement annuity and tax implication through various withdrawal methods. Understand how the retirement system and Social Security and Medicare benefits work. This course is geared towards federal government employees who are planning to retire within the next 5 – 10 ten years and are participating in CSRS or CSRS-offset.

According to the President's Memorandum on Government Contracting, effective acquisition oversight is a must! Are you prepared to effectively handle contract oversight? HHS University offers comprehensive instructor-led courses in Performance Based Acquisition, Earned Value Management, and other acquisition courses to “develop, manage, and oversee acquisitions appropriately.”
The acquisition curriculum is designed to strengthen contract oversight as well as address leadership and core competencies such as financial management, accountability, integrity, and strategic thinking.
