Instructions for Accessing:
The NoFear Act
in the HHS Learning Portal

  1. Go to https://lms.learning.hhs.gov.
  2. Log-in (see login in instructions at http://hhsu.learning.hhs.gov/lms/logon.asp).

  3. In the catalog search box, type “The NoFear Act” and click the "Go" button.

  4. Scroll down and click on the “Register” link on the right-hand side.

  5. Click on the “Launch Content” link.
