This theme is the result of my involvement with the Hispanic community since 1991. The past 16 years have been nothing but a positive experience for me.
Consequently, my interest in the Hispanic segment of American society has become even stronger with each passing year. The outstanding qualities that all Hispanics bring to this country are impressive as well as necessary to the future of America.
