Policies and Procedures
In order to govern and manage the day-to-day activities of the ELP, the
following policies, procedures and guidelines will aid all of the Program
participants and officials in the successful execution of Program activities.
These policies and procedures may be changed at the discretion of HHS Program
Administrators after communication with OPDIV coordinators, supervisors and HHS
Administration and Management (ASAM) executives.
