Francey Lim Youngberg, President of Youngberg & Associates

Francey Lim YoungbergFrancey Lim Youngberg is an activist, lawyer, and consultant. Ms. Youngberg has worked as a tax attorney for major law firms in Philadelphia and Washington, D.C. She is a graduate of Wellesley College and Harvard Law School. She served as founding Executive Director of the Asian Pacific American Institute for Congressional Studies, from 1996-1999, and as a development consultant to Smithsonian Asian Pacific American program. Also, she is the President of Youngberg & Associates, a consulting firm based in Washington, D.C. with affiliates throughout the country.

Youngberg & Associates advises U.S. clients on cultural competency, diversity management, and minority recruitment; provides translation services in Spanish and major Asian languages; advises clients on grant writing and management; and conducts research into Asian Pacific American issues. Through its affiliation with the American Business Services Associates (ABS Associates), Youngberg & Associates provides advice to Chinese and U.S. companies regarding trade, investment, and other business opportunities.
